Pan Seared Better Fish Company Sustainable Barramundi Sea Bass And Cleveland Kraut
8oz AUSTRALIS BETTER FISH COMPANY SUSTAINABLE BARRAMUNDI SEA BASS
1.5c CLEVELAND KRAUT GARLIC
1TBLS POPPY SEEDS
1 GRANNY SMITH APPLE (small diced)
1TBLS THRIVE ALGAE OIL
In a small pot gently heat up the sour kraut and add the poppy seed, oil, and diced apples.
Set aside and keep warm.
Heat up a sauté pan and add about a tbls of Thrive oil until it slightly smokes then add the fish.
Saute the fish till golden brown and flip over until its fully cooked which should take about 2 minutes.
Plate the kraut mix in the center of the plate and place the fish on top.
Garnish with your favorite fresh herb.
