Immunitini Lemon Cucumber Cocktail.

Statistics show that liquor sales are up in Nashville and across the country.

I say if you are going to drink limit your consumption to one a day for women and two a day for men.

And when drinking try to keep it healthy by adding healing and hydrating nutrients to your beverage of choice.

This  immunitini contains fresh lemon juice and fresh cucumber paired with your vodka of choice.  I prefer Gluten free Titos. The cucumber and lemon juice help to boost one’s immunity, aid in digestion, flush out toxins and detoxify the body.

Ingredients & Directions

1 whole lemon

1 whole english cucumber

12 ice cubes

1 oz Titos Vodka





Wash lemon and cucumber thoroughly.

If you are using a juicing machine, be sure to remove the skin of both the lemon and cucumber.

Cut lemon in half and extract the juice using a  hand press or automatic juicer into a glass or bowl.


After washing, cut cucumber in half or thirds. Extract the juice into a separate cup

Fill shaker with 12 ice cubes.

Pour in 1 oz of vodka.

Add in cucumber and lemon juice


Shake well for 15-30 seconds.


Strain and pour into a martini glass.


Garnish with 3 peeled cucumber slices.
